- CCcarlos cuentasDec 22, 20251.0I live in Richmond TX just west of Houston. I get all my parts for my vehicles at my Local Autozone. I had an emergency brake job on my Camry on the Eastside of HTX. This had to be the worst service I have ever experienced at a Autozone Auto Parts. His name is "my name" This Kid seemed bothered from the second I walked in. I stood there waiting for someone to help me. "my name" ignores me. Until another co-worker tells him we have a customer. Very rude and short, talking to me in Spanish the whole time as I responded in English. I asked for some brake pads for an XLE Hybrid not an LE I told him. Just making sure the part numbers where the same. They were, perfect so he goes and grabs them. He comes back, rings me up and tacks on a lubricant without even asking me. I told him I dont need that, maybe if you would of asked then maybe. Rings me up, I asked for his name since I guess name tags are not required at this location. He responded by saying, "my name is my name" and said its confidential.Keep in mind this is the first time he talks in English to me. Poor kid, wish him the best in life. Not going back to that location ever.

Mariana diagnosed the issue and let me know my battery from O’Reillys was likely under warranty. After calling and getting the runaround from them, Mariana saved the day by finding and actually replacing the battery. Truly a lifesaver and we still made our restaurant reservation!
