He was cutting me off, making smart remarks, and just being plain rude. The other staff members seen his behavior and apologized for the terrible customer service I was receiving. If anyone is reading this that is in a leadership position, get rid of Jose. He’s bring the company down with his rude and unprofessional demeanor.

I paid for a part at a store which they told me will be delivered to the store i paid in 6hrs, 8hrs after, the parts has not been delivered. I called and they kept me on the phone for 30mins, i called again, they did the same thing. I decided to go get it in store myself, they still didn't attend to me well. Everyone here are not just serious.
