- LLLinetta Liberto5 days ago1.0I stood in line for 10 minutes when there was only one other customer in the store. There was an employee helping that customer and another that was on his phone. The on on his phone saw me standing there and instead of getting off his phone and helping me he went in the back. There were at least 2 other employees in the back and one of them also came out while I was just standing there. Finally the guy that was helping the customer that was already there called the guy that was on his phone up to help me. While I was there I saw at least 3 non employees come in and go straight to the back of the store to what I'm guessing was the employee break room since that is where at least 3 of the employees were. Worst AutoZone experience I have ever had. Next time I'll go to the Advanced Auto next door.
