  SKN has terrible customer service; there are several of them, and they don't attend to customers. They spend their time in the back laughing and playing silly games instead of working. The staff is awful, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

  Make sure the person checking you out isnt the young lady, not sure she has any idea of the current stores deals. Ive purchased the exact brand/qt of oil, and the promo stated I get a free filter with 5qts. She said “no you dont” no confirmation, nothing, simply didn’t feel like looking it up or double checking.

  Sariah greet me when I walked in and also help me find the wiper blades for my car . She even install them . She such a sweet , kind , helpful girl . Look for her when you come in

  The store manager, Carlos literally took the time to help me save the biggest headache of my life. I was thinking I was going to have to do so much stuff to get my car running and he took me outside showed me what I needed to see. told me what I needed to know and save me a lot of money. Carlos man thank you so much again. I cannot recommend this Store, or Manager enough. Thank you again, bro. I know he’s the manager, but everybody should take a lesson From him on customer service. Amazing.
