I have used them from the very beginning... The warranty policy here is amazing.. if the part fails anywhere in the Continental US.. They will replace the part as long as it's under its original warranty.... Unlike advance Auto parts that you have to go back to that one particular store to get your warranty...that's ridiculous!!! Bad bad!!! "Advanced Auto parts"...I'm never disappointed when I purchase anything from AutoZone... Very predictable interaction evertime I shop..

I called in advance and told them I was on the way but they didn't have the part ready at all. I had went to a different location and they tried to overcharge me. I think the southeast side locations have poor service.

Everything checked out fine, so he recommended a battery treatment kit since there was rust around the terminals. His professionalism and kindness stood out — genuine customer service like that is rare these days. I really appreciated his help and the care he took to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you, Damian, for making what could’ve been a stressful visit such a positive experience!
