- LKLuck KhanOct 16, 20251.0I did a store pickup and I picked up 2 rear rotors, I get back to the mechanic so they can do this very important brake job but one of the rotor boxes was taped up and had the wrong rotor inside, when I went back the main manager I think Diane or something, basically said they don’t have any more and is not available anywhere in town….basically laughed it off like they didn’t just screw me over giving me the wrong part and couldn’t do anything for me and my car is in the shop stranded. I don’t ask for much but if you mess up like that you have to be able to take accountability and go above and beyond to rectify the mistake but I had to do my own research to find out 1960 had it in stock and they so far have given me a great experience!
