- MKMaría KarlaJan 1, 20261.0fui a autozone hoy a comprar unas cosas y me atendió una señora , no sé su nombre solo puedo decir que pequeña ,de cabello rubio y usaba gafas, fue MUY extremadamente grosera, 0 trato al hablar con las personas y hablaba en muy mala forma , sabia que hablaba español y aún así me estaba haciendo hablar en inglés cuando me inglés no es perfecto , le comunicaba a mi acompañante que no sabía decir la palabra en inglés y aún así no me hablaba en español ,incluso cuando ella lo hacía y cuando le fui a preguntar a otra persona ahí si fue que me respondió en español ? a lo que mi acompañante tuvo que intervenir y decirle “es que ella no te entendió”super fuera de lugar ! siempre que voy y me atienden los muchachos salgo muy complacida pero hoy que me atendió esa señora salí muy disgustada !

Pedi un repuesto me dijeron estaría al día siguiente llevo 3 días y el repuesto no llega . Está persona cuando uno llama para preguntar si ya llegó contesta tan mal parece que está obligada en su trabajo , yo llamo para no ir todos los días a preguntar si ya llegó estoy comprando , soy un cliente . No estoy pidiendo regalado … ustedes viven de los customer deberían ser más amables
