The associates are very helpful and instead of pointing you in the general direction, they will escort you to the product or products you are looking for and help you make a selection. I can get in and out very quickly and that is how I prefer to shop. The pricing is not the lowest around, but the ease of the experience and the expertise of the employees make the small cost difference worth the effort. Thanks for being open early and late as well.

When he asked his manager, Edd, for assistance, I was shocked by how unprofessional the manager was. He belittled Jorge by responding, “What do you want?” and then told him, “You’re not making sense,” even though Jorge had explained everything clearly. After looking Jorge up and down, Edd turned to me and asked what I needed. I repeated the exact same thing Jorge had already said. No employee should be made to feel looked down on by their manager. I was genuinely disappointed and couldn’t believe that behavior came from someone in a leadership position.
