I went in to return an item after receiving an email from AutoZone clearly stating that I could bring it to any AutoZone for the return. Unfortunately, the employee, Chino D, was unable to help me.
I’m sure there is a way to process the return, but it seemed like he either did not know how or was not willing to figure it out. That made the experience frustrating and a waste of time. If AutoZone is going to send customers emails saying returns can be handled at any location, then employees should be properly trained on how to do that.

I called the store 20 minutes before closing to confirm they had the battery I needed and let them know. I was on my way, but when I arrived seven minutes before closing, they had already shut the gate. It was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Big shout out to Sean M. (manager) at the Long Point location of Autozone. I had a very unusual situation with a purchase made at an Autozone in another state. Sean was very professional, listened closely to my situation, reviewed the facts, and offered a solution that totally resolved my issue. This was a first class example of positive, common sense customer service. It was the kind of interaction that fortifies customer loyalty to the Autozone brand and to this store in particular. Thank you!!!

Was having trouble with my car battery all day. Went to AutoZone 30mins before closing, Edgar P was very helpful getting us a new battery that was affordable with warranty . He went above and beyond being able to change our battery and made sure everything was safe and secure for our car. It’s people like Edgar P that continue to make this world a better and kind place (: Keep up the great work! If you need any help with car parts , Edgar is your person to help you be safe and secure! (:

Great customer service! I sincerely appreciate Francisco for actually offering to swap out my faulty battery. I have asked for help in the past at another location and though the guy said okay, I felt a sense that he actually didn't care for helping me. Thank you very much for the help Francisco, you're awesome man!! :)
