  This employee lacks work ethic and treats customers coldly. I'm Asian and needed to buy some small car parts. When I took them to the checkout, the clerk was drinking a beverage and slowly processing the parts without asking me a single question. Right in front of me, he threw the bottle towards the trash can like he was throwing a basketball. His actions startled me. It didn't go in the trash can, and he ignored where I was standing, walking away from the checkout counter to retrieve the bottle. He wasted my time and frightened me. An employee with this kind of poor character should be fired.

Their knowledge is second to none—they diagnosed my issue in minutes and explained exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me on things I didn't. It’s clear this location is run by someone who truly cares about customer service and knows cars inside and out. Five stars!"

  Today Saturday Jan 18, 2026 between 7:05-715pm went in to buy a battery with my mother. Guy had a rude tone when speaking to us and was more interested in listening to his music than to give us the courtesy of decent customer service

  Terrible customer service at this location. If you don’t want to help customers, maybe don’t work in a position where customers will ask for your assistance to purchase the correct item. The same big guy with the chew in his mouth mentioned on previous reviews.
