- LHLuna House5 days ago5.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Huge Thank You to Lennart at AutoZone! Today, November 19th, I went to the AutoZone on Highway 6 and Copperfield to do a warranty exchange on my car battery. Lennart truly went above and beyond. He saw that I was carrying the heavy battery while holding my daughter, and without hesitation, he stepped in, took the battery, and brought it to the counter for me. He made the entire warranty exchange quick, smooth, and stress-free. But he didn’t stop there — Lennart carried the new battery all the way to my vehicle and made sure everything was set. He also shared a moment with me as a dad of three, reassuring me that I’m doing a great job as a father myself. That meant a lot. Lennart, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, support, and outstanding customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have you!

The small younger kid was sitting on counter facing away from door on his phone. If looking for professionalism or competence, not the place in my opinion.

The saddest part is that he is the manager, Mike/Steven, I believe. Horrible experience. He has anger issues. Really bad anger issues! Autozone, he needs rehab or help.
