The other one was standing there and the other one was on the laptop/desktop. They didn’t assist me correctly and the guy with the laptop was rude. I haven’t finished with my queries yet, instead,They Just point me to the unfamiliar corner of the store to find the parts that I was looking for. Poor customer service. So sad to see how employees ruins the reputation of this store.

Lennart truly went above and beyond. He saw that I was carrying the heavy battery while holding my daughter, and without hesitation, he stepped in, took the battery, and brought it to the counter for me. He made the entire warranty exchange quick, smooth, and stress-free. But he didn’t stop there — Lennart carried the new battery all the way to my vehicle and made sure everything was set. He also shared a moment with me as a dad of three, reassuring me that I’m doing a great job as a father myself. That meant a lot. Lennart, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, support, and outstanding customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have you!
