I met Mike a couple of nights ago and I told him the issues I was having and he was so knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Then I had to go back today and he remembered me and greeted me immediately. He pointed me to the direction of Ivan (the one with the stuff written all over his car lol) as I explained the issues I was having again and Ivan was truly heaven sent. He knew exactly what it was & helped me fix it within 15 min. Mike and Ivan are truly an asset to this establish. They truly put my mind at ease. I will always recommend this auto zone because of them. Thanks Mike and Ivan!

She saw him helping me, passed by me several times, made eye contact with me, and never said hi or he will be right back or any words. The 1 star is for not valuing me or my time as a customer. SMH.

She has no respect for the people that are working with her. She’s disrespecting customers and making sure that it is an uncomfortable shopping experience.
