30 minutes to close & your employees are refusing to help customers!
The bald guy is gesturing "closed" from behind a locked front door.
If I would've known your store employees wouldn't honor their posted hours, I wouldn't have driven out of my way to this location & would've saved my time, by going to O'Reilly's or Advance!
Fix your hours or hire better employees!

Kenneth is the best ! He’s the store manager and he made sure I had a smooth experience!!! HE EVEN PUT MY HEADLIGHTS IN FOR ME , while it was super busy! Que was also amazing too made sure I didn’t over pay !
Store manager kenneth went above and beyond the call of duty to help me replace an old battery, clean the corrosion in the cold of the evening. He then checked the starter, alternator, in addition the battery. I highly recommend this store.

I would just like to think the store manager, Kenneth, for giving me such a good service and helping me out with my battery issues. As a woman he made me feel comfortable and was trustworthy to make the right decisions for my vehicle. Now my vehicle is driving much better with the new battery installed provided by someone else. In overall, I had a great experience at this AutoZone and will be going back!

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to the manager Kenneth. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism — he didn’t rush me and made sure I understood everything before I left. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both personal and efficient, and Kenneth truly went above and beyond. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him on their team
