The staff helped me immediately, unlike the one I went a day before in different location (on Bissonnet St) denying service because "there was no Check Engine light on" "cannot do because ABS light on". I appreciated her help. She absolutely did her job well.

But they told me to come back in 4 hrs. They do not know how to use their own tester because they selected the condition that the battery is fully charged, which it did not given the amount of time, and the equipment send out a bad battery message. They refused to look at the battery condition (no rust, no salts, no leak) and a multimeter measurement of 12V. Either their tester is broken, they don’t know how to operate it properly or the tester is design to give false reading to sell car battery
