    So I went in the other day to check on my brake pads warranty i had to wait in line while he talked to his friend then he said can I help you I bought the brake pads in to show him.he don't say at first he just left and went to the back of the store. Came back. Said something in Spanish to one of the other cashiers looked at her came to me and was like you didn't get these here.I was like what are you talking about I ask him to explain. He looked at the other cashier and said did you get them here I said yes. He was like no they didn't come from here I was like just scan the box . I just left. They was just standing they're there looking at each other.

    Absolutely 0% of professionalism! I called this morning to check the price of something and the young lady had me on speakerphone, and after naming the product and my request all I heard was laughter bursting out in the background. She spoke so fast I can barely understand anything she was saying it was as if she was rushing me off of the phone. You could tell she was holding in her own laughter as she read off to me the options for my initial request. Finally, I asked her if she had me on speakerphone and she admitted that she did. I find this to be very unprofessional and disrespectful as you never know what a customer is calling in for or how confidential they would like their information.
