I drove up and one of the young ladies inside was happy enough to run a diagnostic on my car gave me some peace of mind that I was able to drive it safely to the nearest dealership to get fixed. Everybody was friendly and nice to deal with.

He continually talked over me, and had a condescending attitude. He even laughed at me while he was assisting me. I don't know a lot about cars, and I feel that this manager tried to make me feel as if I were stupid. I've never had any issues with anyone else at this location. This manager needs to work on his professional and interpersonal skills.
