Called the week prior and spoke customer service rep and said returned was processed correctly and should be on my card in a few days. Forward after speaking to service rep and returning to the store and no store manager present. I called back for a third time and it's been too long so the returned was canceled in there system so now I have wait 24-48hr for regional manager to be responded to an email and they still the length of 7-10 day business for my money to be returned hopefully. If I could zero I would.
