Each time either the call is answered and I was immediately put on hold or someone answers and quickly mumbles something and then I’m placed on hold. Each time I was on hold from 8-12 minutes before I decided to hang up. I was calling to check and see if they have a part that I need tonight so that we didn’t waste our time traveling that far for nothing. I understand that this may be a busy location but disregarding your phone is unacceptable!
