- EWElvis WDec 18, 20252.0Called the store before I left ny house to confirm if they have Bosch 22 XT blades. The lady on the phone refuses to just go look to see if the blade is physically in stock. She kept saying she needed ny car info. I replied you dont need that to see if on aisle 2 or in overstock in the back if you have 22xt blades. (Im a previous manager for autozone so I know how they operate) she kept refusing to do so but said 2 were in stock. The lady was manager btw. Didnt catch her name. 2 red shirts helped me but to no avail there was only 1 in stock. So I drove 30 minutes out of my way because the management staff is too incompetent to go physically look and see if they have the item in stock.
