There were two persons on the front counter did not greet us and looked at us like a calf looking at a new gate and I ask, are we going to get checked out the guy didn’t say anything. Then he decided to say we are short staffed and I said and. We are the customer who pays your bills. Don’t go to the store if you do pack patience bad.

I gave her the mileage and she ignored me to talk to her other co worker. I kept showing her a picture of the car model so she can take a better detail of the model, she proceeded to not look at my phone and was had an ugly attitude. She was making it very difficult to find the correct parts to it.
- JJJeff JenkinsDec 27, 20251.0Try to exchange a Duralast Allen socket that had rounded out and because Duralast and AutoZone have a lifetime guarantee on their tools I came in asked for the swap he said “no we don’t do that”. I asked again. “Are you sure because I’ve done it before..” he said “I’m sure” so I walked out went down the street to the next AutoZone and did it right away. I called to let him know that he should help other customers because there IS a lifetime warranty on duralast hand tools but every time I called he put me on indefinite hold…I was just trying to help. I’m not going back to the store. Train your employees better AutoZone.
