She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a very sour attitude towards me for no reason. I already made a call to corporate about her and her behavior, so hopefully something will be done about this. Will not be coming back to this store.

Each time I asked him a question he’d say he didn’t know or he wasn’t sure and when he did give me an answer he’d say “but don’t quote me on that”. I felt very frustrated. I went down the street to the other Auto Zone on Jones Rd and received better service and answers. I walked out with a brand new battery from there. I won’t be going back to this one.
- RPRAY LA PROMOJan 29, 20261.0I took my truck batteries to be charged here, and after 12 hours I called to see if they were ready, only to be told that neither battery was working. So I took them to another place to be charged, and it turned out they were able to charge them. The problem was that the man who was there didn't know what he was doing and never actually put my batteries on charge. I wasted time waiting for nothing. I would give them -5 stars if I could.
- PDPia DavisJan 28, 20261.0The WORST experience I’ve ever experienced in a retail setting. The lady with the gold tooth was EXCEPTIONALLY rude! As I began to explain my reason for the visit, she gave me the oddest stare.. As I began to dive into my reason for coming into the store, she belittled me by attempting to make me feel small for some of the questions or concerns I had. She even said asked me, “are you doing this on purpose? Are you asking me these questions that don’t make sense on purpose”? Then proceeded to walk away, and asked another worker to assist me. Very unprofessional and no employee or manager should feel okay with speaking to paying customers in this manner. Especially when I maintained respectful and courteous despite blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism.
