  Went there a couple times for some car parts, funny how they always say they have it online yet I end up having to go to another store where they actually have it, dont believe the online system

  I'm a regular who been coming to this location for 10 years without issue until 2/4/2026 when someone by the name of Jose Lazo gave me terrible service. He's a real stick in the mud to which I'd say has a very toxic personality and you can feel it in the air. I've been a store Manager, and I too understand about policy and what the book says but I also understand that regulars who pump thousands into your business every year should to treated with a bit more dignity for their loyalty and the loss of that regular can mean a loss of business. I've always appreciated Esmeralda as the store vibes are always bright and welcoming. Please replace this Jose Lazo as he will most likely bring toxicity resulting in high turnover rates, and diminished business.
