They offer battery testing services, and there a phone calls, and customer questions, and looking g up parts.... In short, they are swamped and it takes a long time for someone who just wants to pop in and grab replacement bulbs for their headlights. And I am more than certain they dont pay these employees what they are worth. They seem very knowledgeable, and should be paid as such.

This is not the first time I come in and she’s on her phone doing nothing and she has a horrible attitude.This is not what i expect from auto zone dealing with someone’s attitude over a question. Auto zone need to do better and hire people that actually seem to want to work.
