They offer battery testing services, and there a phone calls, and customer questions, and looking g up parts.... In short, they are swamped and it takes a long time for someone who just wants to pop in and grab replacement bulbs for their headlights. And I am more than certain they dont pay these employees what they are worth. They seem very knowledgeable, and should be paid as such.
