I told them I needed a different product and that I would pay the difference, but they refused. I lost $16. They literally ripped me off, and it's not about the money; $16 isn't much. But if you're going to sell something, make sure it works. It's like they sold me juice, and when I opened it, it was just water. They're scammers and completely unprofessional.

Unbelievable.

He calmly walked me through returning the battery, helped me get the correct one, and installed it without any frustration or hesitation. He was extremely patient, respectful, and kind the entire time, which truly meant a lot given how tired and stressed I was. The entire installation took under 15 minutes, and his professionalism and customer service were outstanding. Carlos went above and beyond, and honestly, he should be running the store. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue coming back to AutoZone.
