    Gabriel was extremely rude. After I purchased an item and was given the wrong part with little to no help the first time . I came back for a refund, I understand there is a process, but having a team member that is very hostile and aggressive towards the customer is not professional at all. I understand this location has always been the worst representation of what autozone can offer, but having a team member that just cuts off the customer while speaking or raising his voice at them while rushing out and leaving mid sentence is not a way to attract business. HUGE THUMBS DOWN, ill start going to O'Reilly's if it means not having to deal with disrespectful staff. Store manager was there aswell and made it seem as if he had no clue his team member was being rude, he didn't help the matter either at all. Hopefully this gets the attention of someone that can teach them manners or proper customer service. Very unprofessional. It was not even busy . Tues, oct 28 4:15 pm. After being on hold for 50 minutes, no help

    Had my battery die on me this morning and went to Autozone. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, special kudos to Jason for helping me with the installation of the new battery into my vehicle. He was extremely friendly & professional. It was a rough way to start a Monday morning but he was a huge help!
