    On Saturday, I was here because my car battery started to fail, and I was fortunate that Mr. Fernando helped me with the entire process, from checking if the battery was actually the problem to helping me install the new one. This was my first time doing this, and Fernando was always very kind and respectful. I'm very grateful for all his help that day. Thank you so much, Mr. Fernando, for all your help and for making this a pleasant experience.
