The young man that assisted me did not provide the best customer service and really did not want to remove or install the battery in my car. I've been an autozone customer for over 20 years and have always been able to get my battery removed and installed no questions asked. I went around 1:30pm on a Saturday way before closing and he even used that the store was nearing closing as an excuse as to why he did not want to remove or install the battery. I responded to his attitude by saying I could just go back to the Jones road location which is about 30 minutes from this location and he was like yea that'll be great. After much back and forth he finally completed the task. I'll never visit this location again the customer service is ghetto.
