    My car was in the service department for a day and a half, and I was told the total actual work time was no more than six hours. Yet the labor charge alone came out to $3,505. At that rate, your technicians must hold multiple doctorate degrees to justify billing customers over $600/hr. For the amount of time my car was actually being worked on, a fair labor cost would have been $500 at most. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the charges did not match what was originally discussed. To make it worse, there was no manager on site, even though the department was open. Now I have to return again, drive back with a loaner, and rearrange my schedule — all because the information, communication, and organization on your end were inconsistent. For a service center where customers spend thousands upon thousands of dollars, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Talk about all managers leaving early and no one being able to release the car because there was charge discrepancies. If anything, you should be compensating customers for the hours you waste due to poor management. I should be charging $600/hr for wasting our time. I expect this to be addressed promptly, with transparency about the labor calculation and an adjustment to reflect the actual work performed and removing the work that was not discussed.

    I have always felt Audi Sewell was a 5 star until now I have had 6 or 7 Audis mostly from Sewell over the last 20 years. All is great unless the car you are given is a lemon. You would hope with a long term relationship this company would standby their customer and hope for another 20 years of car commitment. My current car was not built by Sewell but I certainly feel they should stand by their product and provide proactive support when a car is a complete lemon. Bottom line…. They don’t. If you are unlucky enough to buy a new car and it’s a lemon, they will not work on your behalf to exchange. They hope you just go away. Even worse is Audi national customer service that won’t take phone calls or return any messages. No one is responsible to assist. My car continues to break down on the side of the road every 30 days. Please beware.

    I am a proud Audi A6 owner, purchased at Audi North Houston. The A6 is a great vehicle and fun to drive. The service I receive at Audi North is awesome. They really pamper you and make you feel special, each time you're in for service or just for the complimentary car wash. I was drawn to this dealership partly by the TV commercials and the testimonials from customers. I can truly say that, I concur with all of them because what you see is what you get. Thanks Audi North Houston!

    The experience in this dealership was fantastic. The salesmen are personable and knowledgeable. They gave us the tools to learn about the brand versus using pushy sales tactics. I could not be happier with our new car. We had Kaiden as our salesman, and his level of customer service throughout the process was phenomenal. If you’re looking for a car, go see this team!
