- LMLavonne MadkinsJul 25, 20251.0I'm a senior citizen don't have a lot of money on a fixed income, paid hundreds of dollars for car repairs, they ripped me off, took my alarm system out, other parts disappeared my realizing over a short time period, mgmt., became hostile without resolution, requesting more money each time for the same issues, my car became unsafe to drive. I was referred there by word of mouth. I would not recommend taking a 10 speed bicycle to the shop. The new owner is now the son.Rod recommended I get rid of my car and got in his truck and drove off, leaving me standing there. I left and never looked back.Poor service!

I had previously taken my car to the dealership, where they recommended a bunch of repairs. I shared that with Ashford, and after their own inspection, they let me know those fixes weren’t needed at all. Instead, they applied some grease to the areas of concern and didn’t charge me a thing. That kind of integrity is rare. I’ll absolutely be bringing my car back here for any future needs. Highly recommend!
