Another employee was stocking the retail floor while Roy stood there and watched while the first cust was bringing truck struts back in as they were the incorrect units for his truck. Cust asked Roy were to set them he pointed to a rolling cart that already had a strut out of the box. Roy never lifted or even made an effort to assist the cust. Then the gentleman that was stocking had to put down what he was doing to come and check me out while Jorge was assisting the couple in front of me. I'm not sure what purpose that Roy was even there. You're in a position of customer service and should be there to help not just to watch.
