    ​I had a completely unacceptable experience at this location with the General Manager, Jessica Yell. I came in to exchange a part that was clearly under warranty, but she flat-out refused to honor it. When I asked her to show me the specific return policy she was using to deny my claim, she didn't provide any explanation. Instead, she simply refused to process the return and walked off, leaving me standing there without saying a single word. I felt racially profiled and dismissed. It is baffling that someone with such a blatant lack of respect for customers is running this store. To be ignored and left standing there after asking a legitimate question about a warranty is the height of unprofessionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere and reporting this to corporate.

    I have been shopping at Advance Auto Parts for 20 years, but after my experience with the manager, Jessica, at this location, I won't be back. I went in early to do a standard warranty exchange on brake pads—something I have done for two decades. I follow the usual process: buy the new ones, swap them out, and return the old ones for the refund/exchange. From the start, Jessica had a terrible attitude. It felt like she was just trying to avoid a return early in the morning because it would "mess up her numbers" or put the store in the negative for the day. First, she claimed she couldn’t find me in the system by my phone number (which they ALWAYS do). Then she demanded a specific email. She tried to tell me that because I’d had them for two years, I couldn't return them due to "wear and tear"—even though the receipt clearly states LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT. When I asked her to show me that policy in writing, she couldn't. Instead, she changed her story again and claimed there was only a "45-day warranty." That makes zero sense. Why would I pay $80 for pads with a 45-day warranty when I can go to Amazon and get front and back together for $20 with a 30-day warranty, or AutoZone and get a better deal? Even the rotors I bought state they have a 2-year warranty. It makes no sense that a rotor is covered for 2 years, but a product labeled LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT is supposedly only covered for 45 days. If that were the case, the receipt should state "45 days," not "Lifetime." This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic used by the manager to protect her store's daily numbers. It’s clear they are just making up policies on the fly to avoid doing their jobs. I’ll be taking my business to AutoZone or Amazon from now on where they actually honor their word. Avoid this location if you expect professional service or want your warranties honored.
