    If you want real customer service—not just a transaction—this is the place to go. I stopped by Advance Auto Parts looking for a small fitting that showed as in stock, and Abel truly went above and beyond to help. He took his time searching through the inventory and was completely dedicated to finding exactly what I needed. His patience and commitment made all the difference. Thanks to Abel’s effort, I was able to get the part I needed and get my truck back on the road. And here in Texas, we all know that if you don’t have a vehicle, you’re not getting anywhere.     I been coming here for years...about 2-3 times a month for parts and had awesome service every time, except for today Oct.2nd around 6:PM. This lady is like in her 50's, short, very light Hispanic, and with salt&pepper hair (believe her name is Nelli). I came in went straight to the line to do my refund on my brake pads. I stood there waited a very long while as she chatted and laughed with two separate Hispanic customers after she checked them out. She asked me twice if I bought the brakes from this store as she had receipt in her hand and told her twice that I did. She became more rude and made it like it was my fault her register frozed up, causing her to reboot it. She moved my brake pads to her side of the register and said that it went through, during the reboot without no receipt given. I moved them back to my side of the counter telling her the refund transaction did not go threw. I advise her that I will go to the other worker. Then I asked can she look up my fuel filters. She became annoyed tapping her fingers and breathing loud and telling me that's all on the screen, when I seen the right side scroll was in the middle. This worker acted racist and from her different attitude actions towards me & her happy interaction with Hispanic customers. She shouldn't be in this workplace.
