- NGNorma GonzalezOct 16, 20251.0I felt that one of the employees was sexist! I was waiting in line to pay for 2 freaking air fresheners Both employees saw me there. One was helping do a return the other a sale. So why is it that when the guy finishes doing the sale instead of helping me he helps a dude that walked in and straight to the desk like WFT!!!!! Never shopping at that location again!

I been trying for about a month because apparently the car is still so new and the parts aren't out yet at AutoZone or Oreilles. Thankfully I called Advanced Auto Parts and spoke to a gentleman named Tyler and he placed a special order for the AC compressor and AC kit for me. I am extremely grateful for his help and customer service. Especially with this Houston Heat! I came in on my lunch break when I was crunched for time and Tyler had me in and out the store quick. Great team, and great customer service.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
