I’m retired and like to spend my time fiddling about with older vehicles. I mainly come in there early Sunday mornings, and a young lady named Cyndi is always there to help me. She always has a beautiful smile on, and just gives off such positive energy. But what really impresses me is how genuinely kind and respectfully she treats me despite being in my seventies. That has become increasingly rare to find in today’s younger generations. I don’t know much about technology, but my granddaughter told me this was the best way to let your company know you made the right choice in hiring her. My name is Howard and thank you.

There was zero oil in it. She showed me where to add the oil and we added 2 quarts. Since there was zero oil, she suggested that i take it to my mechanic as soon as possible, and boy am i glad i did. Apparently i had an extremely large oil leak. i will forever recommend her and that store to all my family and friends!!

So you can imagine the dread I felt walking into an auto parts store just to buy windshield wiper blades. Then I met Cindy, and she completely changed the experience. She didn’t make me feel dumb or out of place, just walked me through how to figure out which blades I needed and then actually came outside to install them herself. That kind of patience and kindness is rare these days. I walked in nervous and clueless, and left feeling like maybe just maybe, I could survive owning a car. I’ll definitely be back to this store again.

Jaizet went above and beyond for me and my mom it was plus that Jaizet speaks Spanish since my grandma doesn’t speak English !! It was very easy to communicate with her . She was very sweet she helped us with the best price and helped us change my car battery her attitude was positive she was very uplifting !!
