  I had an outstanding experience at this window tint shop thanks to Gissel’s incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. She took the time to explain the different tint options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and helped me choose the best fit for my car. If you’re looking for a shop that not only does excellent work but also values its customers, ask for Gissel. She turned what could’ve been just a routine service into a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

  I would give them higher rate, they did a good job with the new window. But my dad took his car there, and 2 of the parts from the car were missing. Unfortunately he didn’t notice, until 1 week later because he didn’t use the car immediately after getting the window installed. We live super close like 5mn away don’t even have to take the freeway. So when he called and informed them about it, they said it can be lost with the wind from driving. I called them to inform he didn’t even drive it right after and didn’t even get in the freeway. I am thinking they they didn’t install them correctly. However they are not wanting to take responsibility. So I am just upset as to how they handle these kind of issues. Thank God it’s not expensive part. They did offer me to see the video, but again even if I see the video that just means they didn’t install correctly for it to just fall easily.

  THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! Gissel and all the ladies in the office were so accomdating. I asked a million questions and they continued to have patience with me through the whole process. They were quick with the service and I am happy with the outcome! I have already recommended them and I will continue to support. thank you again ladies!! :)
