As I live far from the dealership, I asked my dad (who lives much closer) to stop by and help me inspect a 2022 Jeep Gladiator I was considering to purchase and see if it was worth the one hour+ drive to the location.
Communication with Mario had been good, so I don't have any issues with him. The issue I have is with JP. My dad is a Spanish speaker (understands English but communicates better in Spanish), therefore, I had asked Mario for assistance and he called me on Tuesday to let me know JP would be assisting my dad as Mario would not be able to communicate with him.
When things took a turn was when my dad asked for the opportunity to do a test drive on the vehicle. I would think this is normal for customers so they know how a vehicle operates and handles before committing to a purchase that is thousands of dollars. My dad was told he could only drive in the property and would not be able to go for a test drive outside of your parking area. He managed to get a short drive inside your location's parking lot to get a feel for the steering, suspension, engine response, etc. and anything he could with the limited opportunity given. This vehicle has been modified so we wanted to make sure it was also safe to drive. As he was parking, he turned the steering wheel to check the steering angle and since this vehicle has bigger tires than what comes from factory, there was some rubbing.
I assume JP noticed this. When my dad was done and was turning over the keys, JP proceeded to scold my dad and told him "This is why we don't let people borrow the vehicles. They are not toys!"
This last comment/remark was highly unnecessary from JP and soured our whole experience with your dealership. My dad has been driving for over 50 years and is one of the safest drivers I know. I had submitted my preapproved offer and was ready to purchase had the initial experience been good. The way my dad was treated has made us change our mind of pursuing any business now or in the future with this dealership as how you treat people is how you conduct yourself in business.

I brought at car the second day the check engine light came on they ain’t do hun about it still ain’t did nun about it haven’t had my car a year I replace the battery transmission radiator now the only thing I have to get done is a new engine he sold me a car with a cracked head gasket
Man, I’m really heated after sending my son to this dealership. I thought they’d at least treat him with some respect, but nah—they saw a young dude and tried to run game on him from the jump.
The whole vibe was off. Instead of actually helping him figure out what works for him, they were just pressuring him nonstop, talking fast, and throwing numbers around that didn’t even make sense. It felt shady, like they were trying to confuse him into agreeing to something he didn’t fully understand.
What really gets me is how they handled him knowing he’s young and new to buying a car. That’s foul. You don’t take advantage of somebody like that—you guide them, you keep it real. These folks did the exact opposite.
Straight up, I wouldn’t trust this place at all. If you got a kid or anyone who’s a first-time buyer, don’t send them here. Plenty of spots out here that’ll treat you right—this ain’t one of them.

Carvibe made it easy to buy my vehicle. Our salesman Steven was very personable and worked with me to get to the price needed to make my purchase and to make sure a tire sensor was fixed before the sale was completed. Vincent in financing was very nice and patient while getting all of our numbers straight.

I had a great experience working with JP Guerrero at Carvibe Houston. He was responsive, professional, and took the time to follow up with me and answer all of my questions without any pressure. I really appreciated his willingness to work with me on pricing and help make the process as smooth as possible. He’s been very helpful and communicative throughout, and I would definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
