  I brought my car to be serviced/checked out due to the engine light coming on with no other problems or abnormal behavior. the service department was prompt in coming to get my car and getting me into a loaner while servicing happened. My car was coming upon a 100k servicing but my priority was the light. Once running a diagnostic on why the light was on ($250, btw) , I was told my serpentine belt, oil pan, and one of the batteries needed to be changed, serpentine belt change $1700, oil pain $1800, battery , $600 some odd dollars… the cost is not my issue, just mentioning …. I approved the battery change and got my car back. Magically my car is now doing things it wasn’t doing before it went in to be serviced . It’s jerking at full stop (just got new breaks 6 mo ago at another place ) , it also now has a loud whine it didn’t have prior to me bringing it to be serviced. Because my car was doing NONE OF THIS prior to them “servicing” it. I have to believe they caused these problems maybe loosening some things in order for me to be pressured into having those suggested services performed. I cannot in good conscious ever bring my Volvo here again. Beware!

  Went to try to purchase a vehicle about two weeks ago. Okay experience. Sales people were extremely nice. They sell themselves as a luxury dealership that doesn't upsell you but that's not true. The sales manager on the other hand was fairly rude and refused to remove any optional packages on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He was very pushy and kept insisting that if we don't sign the car would sell. We did not sign and you could tell he was annoyed. We fortunately found a better vehicle and price with other dealerships. I would keep looking if I were you!

  I didn't end up purchasing a Volvo due to size but I had a really great experience with their salesperson, Jasmine. I called ahead of time, and unlike many other dealers, she had the cars ready pulled up and ready to look at. There was no pressure and she was very respectful of my time. After I told her size was the issue, she followed up with other options from their used department. I'd highly recommend working with Jasmine!

  I had a scheduled appointment to view a specific vehicle and even received a confirmation reminder prior to arriving. However, when I showed up, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. What’s disappointing is that the dealership had multiple opportunities to notify me ahead of time especially given that they resent the appointment confirmation. Instead, I was asked to come inside and provide my information, only to then learn the vehicle was no longer available. This felt like a waste of my time and a lack of transparency in the process. At a minimum, I would expect a simple courtesy call or message to inform me the vehicle had been sold before making the trip. I hope the dealership can improve communication practices moving forward to respect customers’ time.
