  Birian was extra helpful. If only I could get customer service everywhere like the service he provided. I recommend anyone who needs auto parts or auto supplies in the Houston area come to this location. If Brian's manager reads this, please give him a raise. Brian, if you read this, I made the 3.5 hr drive home and my BMW was great! Thank you!

  Pathetic Store. Pathetic Customer service. The Mexican guy over there Rauph was very rude and lazy. We bought a battery online for our store van and went in to get it changed. First he just refused to change the battery and started giving all sort of excuses that you have to buy it in store to get it changed. You have to buy the battery grease and get the core exchange. This and that. While I was on call with my boss confirming if he got the core battery exchange. He picked up the battery and said. I'll change it this time but you have to remember to get it in store as you just can't buy it online and expect us to change the battery, that's not part of our job. As we went outside he asked me how old are you and I said 23 and he goes you're 23 and you don't know how to change a battery and at that time I was like stop it and I'm out of here. Autozone needs to hire better employees or at least teach them better customer service. They are being paid to do a job and still don't want to do it. I would give 0 starts if I could.

  Joana was super helpful, immediately asked how she can help and she knew exactly what light bulb I was looking for. She offered to help me install it but my car’s light is in a weird position so she recommended I take it somewhere. I appreciated her helpfulness and expertise! :-)

  Came in late after work for a battery replacement. The two guys there really helped me out! They showed me the different battery options for my car, the different warranty’s plus they installed it for free… was there for only about 15 minutes… Super grateful and will recommend this store!
