  Came in to get my battery tested and a code read. Connor was excellent help, and was able to address my issues and I purchased a new battery with ease. Great help and convenient.

  Transmission went bad, had to park my car at AutoZone. Called and talked to an employee about my car setting there he was very professional when he said everything is ok. People going thru things in life and just need a little to make things right.

  This rating is for their online store and if I had not went to the physical store for my part I would give them 1 star. I ordered a part and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Instead they pushed it back to Tuesday. I went in to cancel and they could not do it. They spoke with my fiancé and told him they would put in a stop order. Never did. Long story short we were spending twice as much money for a part that was supposed to be here on a Thursday to just receiving it a week later and still have to wait for the refund. Be professional guys geez. The in store guys are always great though. They saved you guys butt on the stars.
