  Three times I arrive at store in the morning. Never open on time. Wait in my truck and check door is locked. Maybe arrive earlier to service your customers?

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone! My car battery died and this was actually my second time coming back in, but Terrain (T) and Brandon (aka Mays) were incredibly kind and patient. They went out of their way to help me and made sure my car was back up and running before I left. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about helping customers the way they did. I truly can’t repay them for their kindness, but they absolutely deserve recognition (and honestly a raise!). Thank you both so much for your help — you turned a stressful situation into a positive experience!

  I came into Autozone due to my service engine light. T was friendly and super helpful. He brought out the machine to read the codes on my car and tell me the problem. I purchased the part needed and was on my way. T was awesome and I recommend him as your sale rep.

  I had a really bad experience at the Auto Zone at 1631 Farm to Market 1960 W Houston. My car battery was leaking Acid this was brought to my attention when I did an oil change about a week prior I checked with my husband as I'm new to the Houston area and the battery was still under warranty so I headed over to Auto Zone this morning, I met a very nice young clerk Mark who was assisting me he came out saw the acid all over the battery and was about to change it out when the manager Russell comes out from the back asking him what he is doing he explains, he then says to him check the battery to see if its good. The young man Mark went outside with a tool and its reading good but of course it obviously has a leak. Russell then addresses to me across the shop floor while tending to a customer by saying I'm not swapping out your battery its good, I say to him please come speak to me when you're finished with your customer. He finishes with the customer and 2 others and walks to the back, I then ask Mark if he can call him as I stood there waiting for a while, he then walks out stands at the far counter asking loudly what is the issue? I walk over to him and explained i don't feel comfortable driving a car with a battery leaking he then starts talking down to me like I'm a toddler that nothing is wrong with the battery and that a warranty is only if a battery dies after its purchased. I left the store and called the District manager who agreed that his conduct was unwarranted and that the battery should have been replaced. She then sent me to another Auto zone at 810 FM 1960 where I received exceptional service. Russell lacks leadership and customer service skills hopefully he gets training in both.
