This auto zone has horrible customer service. I too have had a problem with the older black gentleman. He talks about how long he's been employed there as if u dont know what ur looking for. There are several negative reviews about him but yet and still he's ragging heck with someone everytime I go there. He has a short temper and huge problem communicating effectively. He's rude and very abrasive. I returned a part and I'm still waiting on my refund. Ive left messages with the regional office for this location but still no response. The automated system tells me to get in touch with the store but I dont do well with aggressive men.

I bought an item yesterday and returned today to make a return because it was still under guarantee. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The man in charge at night was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee who was trying to help me was even yelled at by him in front of me. He said there was no cash in the register, but the way he handled the situation was very disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and this experience was unacceptable. This location definitely needs better customer service.

I recently had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Mr. Edward Cooper. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. I was unsure about exactly what I needed for my vehicle, but Mr. Edward took the time to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide me in the right direction without making me feel rushed or pressured.
What truly stood out was his above-and-beyond customer service. He didn’t just point me to the correct aisle — he personally walked me over, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood the differences between the products. He even offered helpful tips to make the installation easier, which saved me time and frustration later.
Edward’s work ethic is impressive. He remained patient, positive, and attentive even while assisting multiple customers. It’s clear that he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about helping people. Employees like Mr. Edward are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others.
AutoZone is fortunate to have someone with his dedication and professionalism on their team. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning because of this experience.
