  Soy un cliente regular y cada día la atención al cliente es pésima, la señora Diana Jackson que es la manager es la que peor trata a los clientes, no entiendo que tipo de líder se comporta de esta manera. Busca ayudar a mil clientes al mismo tiempo sin enfocarse en lo que un cliente le pide y proveer las correctas herramientas e irrespetando la línea. Pésimo servicio

  This location sucks staff just stand around talking and playing while customers wait. they sale you parts that don't fit won't help with simple wander blades

  This store need to win the Guinness world record for time wasting took me over 1 hour to get out with a battery and I didn't even get a core charge refund because they didn't know how to do it. Two stars just because Ryan offered to check the battery for me, but he was also not patient or professional.

  I've had the battery replaced in my 2012 VW at AutoZone four times. Literally never had an issue. I've had it done at this exact same location. Now, they're not only unable to due to some policy change, they can't even explain the policy in a coherent way. Why was it okay just a few years ago but not now? On top of that, the employee was rude. He lied that the less expensive battery would only last 3 or so months when trying to convince me to upgrade. He was incapable of explaining anything. Worst experience I've ever had at AutoZone and will never return.
