  This store always has my parts in stock, and if not they'll order them upon request. They make sure they're ordering the right part, and have saved me a lot of time by doing so. I always choose this store because I can count on them. They've given me advice many times and always explain things thoroughly. Their staff is friendly and works quickly, keeping the lines moving and wait times short.

  Es un pesimo en atención al cliente soy comercial y aviendo. Muchisimos empleados. Nunca me pudieron atender. Solo espereme espereme y nada. Pesima tienda 😡😡😡😡😡

  Fui a AutoZone a recoger una pieza que ya había comprado previamente por la opción “Pick Up”, es decir, solo debía llegar y retirarla. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue pésima. Me hicieron esperar aproximadamente 40 minutos para luego decirme que debía esperar 10 minutos más porque el área comercial no estaba disponible, cuando se supone que ellos mismos podían encargarse. Durante ese tiempo, el manager decidió atender a otros clientes que llegaron después de mí, ignorándome completamente aun sabiendo que yo ya había hecho la fila. Lo más frustrante es que, después de toda esa espera innecesaria, simplemente me entregaron la pieza sin ningún inconveniente, lo que demuestra que pudieron hacerlo desde el principio. La atención fue desorganizada, poco profesional y con una actitud bastante déspota y grosera. Definitivamente una muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo este lugar si valoras tu tiempo. El manager de lentes con cabello gris un señor ya de edad no recuerdo el nombre pero pésima atención !!!

  I've been dealing with autozone for over 40 years. And never have, I never had the experience I did yesterday. At this store, the guy was so rude. And he couldn't even help me with my warranty saying I didn't have it. And then he says, look at the screen and tell me if you find it. And right there, it was.. on a water pump that he said its not in stock. And I'm already Frustrated with His rudeness he did not honor my warranty. And when I asked him, I needed a another part, I gave him the part number, and he pulls up a totally different part trying to sell me that and accusing me of telling him that I said, condenser, I never said the part name. I asked him just look up the part number and he says, where did you get this part number from? Hello, another autozone. It's only self-explanatory. So I asked him how long he has been working there over 40 years. It is time for him to retire because he is not A respectful person and is rude. Doesn't like his job and I will never step foot in another autozone. For as long as I live because of one of your disrespectful employee. I just can't believe y'all could allow a person like that to work for y'all, no matter how experience he is. And it takes a lot for me to get upset and would never disrespect anybody. But that man, there does not deserve respect from anyone.

  Everyone is really helpful and nice!! Especially the guy who changed my battery he was really sweet and every taught me something about my car!
