If you shop a store local to you while online & need the part delivered, don't expect a quick delivery. The items won't come from that store. They're shipped via FedEx, pulled from a warehouse that's hours away & most likely won't be delivered the following day. Nowhere online does it tell the customer they aren't shopping locally.

I went in to return an item after receiving an email from AutoZone clearly stating that I could bring it to any AutoZone for the return. Unfortunately, the employee, Chino D, was unable to help me.
I’m sure there is a way to process the return, but it seemed like he either did not know how or was not willing to figure it out. That made the experience frustrating and a waste of time. If AutoZone is going to send customers emails saying returns can be handled at any location, then employees should be properly trained on how to do that.

I called the store 20 minutes before closing to confirm they had the battery I needed and let them know that I was on my way. When I arrived, seven minutes before closing, they had already shut the gate. They intentionally locked up early to not have to deal with me and a battery just before clothes. I’m just thankful that I had enough juice left in my dump starter to get me back to the house since I had to jump it to get it there for the battery I could’ve been stranded outside of their store because some punk kid didn’t wanna have to deal. go and check that incident it is important to check your cameras, you have so trash workers running your business!!!!
i had purchased brake pads from autozone, and the brake pads damaged my new left side rotor i also purchased it from autozone !!!
and bought new rotor also to so i can replace it and return it, so i was close to this location, i was trying to return the brand new brake pads that that damaged my rotor, i brought brake pads to return them back without box because i threw the box in the trash!!
the guy wearing eye glasses and the other guy in the video and the other younger two guys behaved in very trashy way with me just because i was trying to return the brake pads without it's box, and all the four workers claimed and lied to my face they do not see the brake pads durlast brand i puchased in the system, they only see rotors !!!! that is why i was yelling and i see all of the autozone locations belong to same company and and all of them have same one system!!!!
so i left without returning my brand new brake pads , and i went to the location on Montrose street and in that location they checked the brake pads in the system and they FOUND IT and they did not deny my purchase and they returned it quietly without any one causing a single problem
