- THTural HuseynovFeb 23, 20265.0Came in on a Monday morning @07:30am with a dead battery on my Kia Telluride. Staff tested my battery, starter, and alternator right away — all free. Battery was confirmed bad so I went with the Duralast Platinum Elite AGM. They had it in stock and installed it in the parking lot in about 20 minutes. Car starts perfectly now. Great service, knowledgeable team, and fair pricing. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m a long time AutoZone commercial customer and went in to pick up a part and that guy was having an attitude. I’ve never been more disrespected by an AutoZone employee. I hope the owner sees this and have a talk with him to show him how to communicate with customers.
