  Really need a part for my vehicle so I called in to get a quote. The guy gave me a price for the parts but he says that I can't make the purchase in the store it's online only. So he didn't give me a part number or anything to assist me with purchasing the parts and I wasn't able to even pull the parts up on their website to make the purchase. Contacted O Reilly auto parts and the guy was able to order the parts over the phone and they are available the next day instead of waiting 5 days to receive it from Auto Zone. STAY Away FROM AUTO Zone and Go TO A REAL PARTS STORE

  It’s a decent store but the manager really needs to tell its employees to stop acting so scared every time a commercial customer comes in, just follow my directions and pull up my account, damn. It’s really not a hard task if I’ve already been loaded in previously.

  on 3/16/2026, i came to the store and made an online purchase for brake pads, and i of course i spoke to the same garbage manager i always forget to get her name, she the black woman with very trash behavior she was playing on her phone when i arrived she was standing on the middle counter , this was NOT the first time she gives or uses a trash behavior, but because I am busy with other things I did not have the time to call and report her file complaint about her several times, But right now this time I am done after what she did she act like she is giving the parts for a favor, not like we are paying money for the parts, on 3/20/2026 i called this morning all the calls are posted in picture, i have my dash camera in my car, she answered the calls from far distance on purpose in four time when i can't hear or understand what she was saying and i keep saying hello couple of times, and then she hang up on all my calls, she hung up purposely, in the very last phone call i called and she actually got closer to the phone i asked about my brake pads if it arrived, she said YES IT IS HERE, when i started driving to the store and i showed my receipt for the part i bought, she said the order it is not here, i told her on the phone call you said to me my part brake pads it is here, why you said yes it is here and now when i came to pick it up you said it is not here!!!!! she literally said, (SO I CAN BRING YOU HERE AND TELL YOU THE PART WAS CANCELLED), i told her you could have told me that on the phone call you think this is a game!!!!!!!! and i asked her who answered my calls she kept on saying we could not hear you i said who is we !? it was one person answering my calls was it you answered my calls , I saw it on her face and the way she responded back to me she was scared to say it to my face yes it was me answered your calls and I did not want to speak to you) she kept on making excuses about the phone is broken the service it is not good we have to fix it those was the excuses she kept on making so i told her how is she in the position of the manager when she don't know how to do the job!!!! and i told her she will hate the day she worked here all she kept saying bye bye bye bye, i also can't understand that, since it was cancelled whenever it was cancelled, why they did not call me days before that and told me my order it was cancelled why they waited until the pick up day to tell me my order was canceled that is stupidity
