  Bad service I call to the store lady answer the phone and then she star to talk we all the team there and I was listening everything but she never help me I wait on the phone but like 12 minutes and she never get back

  HORRIBLE SERVICE,.. I came in asked one of the employees who literally ignored me because it was only two people in the store, I asked him about a simple “strut, he said they didn’t have any so I went back in because the person I was said they have to have them there, I went back into the store and asked him can show me where they’re located then he said idk I haven’t seen any of the struts on the floor so I walked around and I found a whole WALL of struts and I went and asked another employee and he completely and deliberately ignore me as well… I guess because I’m gay, because while I was in store over by the struts 2 female customers came in and asked about a product and he spoke with them and walked them over to the part they were looking for an stayed by them and explained to them about different parts, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service skills and quite hurtful in a sense… I own a business so I know what customer service consist of and I know when it’s deliberately not given… I will never ever ever go to auto zone again… I’ve never ever been treated and ignored so much in an basically EMPTY establishment by both employees
