  Gabino Majas or whoever had glasses there, was very rude to me and refused to assist me terrible service, lazy workers, wouldn't recommend anyone to go there just horrible all around experience also THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND WILL TREAT YOU POORLY, THEY WILL GIVE YOU USED WRONG PARTS, OVER CHARGE YOU FOR USED PARTS, AND WILL STEAL YOUR REFUND AS WELL

  Gambino, Jamal or Raheem, who looks like where is Waldo whatever the name of those people are was lazy and told my friend their system was down then he half assed the return process and did not inform my friend when he'll get his refund. Unacceptable.

  None of these gray shirts know how to provide a gift card in exchange for the battery recycle program. I called the district manager and the regional manager, and neither answered. What’s even more sad? Is that the gray shirts don’t seem to care.

  Commercial customer service was awesome ., bought 150.00 worth of stuff and at the end I needed to go into the bathroom and was told Daphne closed them. No to customers.could have been a 5 star.

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I went to across the street at first and came over to auto zone, Eliana was sooooo helpful, she took the time out to explain every single thing, Victor went to the back and even looked to see for comparisons. THIS STORE IS AMAZING!! Customer ServiCE OUTSTANDING!!!
