I had a disappointing experience at AutoZone today. It was my first time coming in and asking for help using the scanner, and instead of being guided, I was met with a rude response. The employee told me I should already know the rules about not using the scanner when it rains—but it wasn’t even raining, and no one had ever explained that policy to me before.
As a new customer, I expected at least a little patience and basic customer service. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
I hope management can address this, because situations like this can easily push customers away.

I’ve been to this location twice at random, because it’s close to my son’s school. First time I went to inquire about a battery…a little rude when communicating. I went in today..the employee was stocking in the front and I thought maybe someone will come from the back. The phones were ringing, he never said anything, so I left…I will not make it a third time.
The wanna be cowboy gentleman was rude as all get out, walked in to empty my oil like I always do. Before I can say anything he says “ you not emptying here today, then told me looking at the lady co workers of his wasn’t going to change anything “ I don’t like to be like this but bro was rude an I really wanted to get on his ass but choosing violence was not the answer so ima leave this review.. don’t know your name but black dude with the cowboy hat you got it coming

Ms Cinddy and Mr Welton are the best! Both friendly and efficient. Helped me check my battery and get it changed in no time.

Very bad customer service, one of the guys think he’s Tarzan with a knife in he’s hip smh, and being rude with the customer.
