  Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review because of Juan’s terrible customer service. I came in today 3/28/2026 around 2:00pm to do a simple exhange for 2 higher priced items. Juan was extremely rude, condescending, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere during the transaction, so much so that I requested to be helped by a different employee to complete my check out. She was very kind and took care of the exchange in under 2 minutes. As someone who used to work in customer service, the customers are the ones who keep the doors to the business open. The store manager needs to remind Juan of this or maybe he shouldn’t be working at this store. It reflects poorly on AutoZone which i’ve been shopping at over 10 years. -Terika

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The associates will make you feel stupid, don't go here. The manager, is unprofessional.

  Upon entering the AutoZone to return an item with a receipt, I encountered an uncomfortable and harassing situation with this employee. He displayed rude behavior by questioning whether the part was new, to which I responded affirmatively. Subsequently, he inquired about the part’s functionality for my vehicle, to which I stated that I was uncertain but had already acquired the correct one. His reaction was one of laughter at my perceived lack of knowledge. He continued our interaction with a condescending and degrading attitude. Another employee intervened and removed him from the situation, inquiring about the reason for his behavior. She instructed him to step away, and he complied by moving over and proceeded to watch us. I have never experienced such discomfort at an AutoZone as a woman. I express my gratitude to the other employee for intervening and taking over the situation, as her actions were greatly appreciated.

  Staff is very helpful and store has all you could need. Some things are kinda oddly overpriced but most are fine and sane

  Our windshield wiper on the drivers side broke in the middle of heavy rain. We limped to this Autozone to get it fixed. We initially got the wrong blades (Internet lied about what kind we needed) and after testing one went in to replace it. Alyssa saw we were soaked and having difficulty, and showed us the correct blades, then insisted in coming out in the pouring rain to make sure they were the correct ones, AND put them on for us. Excellent service from a good human being.
