    The lady with the golden hair has a lot of nerves, first she keep laughing with other employees and the customer is waiting, secondly I keep asking her again and again that's 6 cylinder Camry v6 right she said nothing instead she ask me other information and ignoring my questions, then she saidI don't know u told me I gave the information, I ask her 3 times and she is like as long as u gave me correct information the answer should be yes or no. She keep saying with very rude attitude and laughing with other employees, and yes there was no name tag on the lady either. Worst customer service.

    I had a problem with a purchase made at this location Gessner @ W Bellfort ,thank God Lexus was there to help she’s exceptionally qualified and very efficient, was able to track and correct the problem , her manager Jessica Yell was called to assist and both were very helpful and professional….keep up the good work Thank you, Omar Ramon
