    I had a very disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts. My son and I entered the store and were not greeted at all, which immediately set the tone. We stood waiting until we finally had to approach the counter ourselves to ask for assistance. The same associate we passed on the way in took over a minute to acknowledge us, only to direct us to another register without any courtesy or urgency. I actually had to greet him first, which felt very unprofessional. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. Every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and respected, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit. I hope this location takes steps to improve its customer service and professionalism moving forward.

    I find most of the stuff I'm looking for and if I don't they find other stores that have it and they would also call them to make sure they have it they are very friendly and helpful
