We decided to give them a shot considering it was oil change, nothing else. They were friendly and we didn't even mind waiting over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. The problem is they decided to put striped screws back or 1 out of the 2. When I called to get the skid plate bolted back, they didn't deny or accept responsibility. The man who answered the phone said he would talk to the tech and call me back. I went up there the next day and he said he was waiting on a woman to order the screws. Again said he would call me, it's been well over a week and I've heard nothing. This is none of the most unprofessional auto shops.

En lo personal no tuve muy buena experiencia por mi primera vez ahí llevé mi carro echando el clima caliente solo necesitaba rellenar de fríon ... Y al terminar el servicio resulta que la parte trasera del carro ya no funcionaba no echaba ni frío ni caliente el aire mi carro es un buick enclave 2014 ambas partes funcionan independientemente pero al llevarlo al taller ambas funcionaban echaban el aire tibio adelante y atrás En fin no me resolvieron nada me dejaron el aire de atrás sin funcionar me dijeron que me iban a sacar el frión que me habían echado me duró un par de semanas porque según me dijeron que me lo iban a dejar En fin ahora las cosas me salieron más caras tuve que llevarlo a otro taller hacer un diagnóstico y y tengo que gastar ahora en algo que no tenía el carro antes de llevarlo ahí 😔
