It went smoothly and quickly. They also replaced my engine air filter since I brought a replacement with me. I even got my wheels and tires rotated for just a little more. As always great service at a reasonable price.

We were stranded and had to call a mobile mechanic to replace the seal and add fluid. I went to the valvoline shop where the wrong transmission seal was installed just to have the level checked. I wasn't asking for anything else and would have been willing to pay for any fluid needed. I was denied service, given no options, and was told that just checking the fluid on the factory dipstick invalidated any until. I was told that we should have had thundaye truck (and trailer) towed to a valvoline center and since it was a Sunday, wait untill Monday for y'all to look at it. We were 300 miles from home. I said "no harm no fowl" just wanted it checked since the work was done on the side of the road and I was sure if the truck was on level ground. The response was ridiculous. I expected more from Valvoline.

One thing though, when initially pulling in, the guy (not Dario) almost directed me into the pit 😬. The shop boss had to take over, directed my 🚗 off the pit-rail and had me go around again to line up correctly. Otherwise this would be a 5 ⭐️ review.
