The person on the phone confirmed their arrival and asked if I had to wait for my appointment or if I could come in today. He assured me that I could get them installed today. When I arrived, the person I had spoken to was out for lunch, and the person who was outside came inside. He didn’t even greet me and had an impatient demeanor when I explained my situation. He repeatedly stated that my appointment was on the 2nd for installation, which I knew, but the reason I was there was because I had been told I could come in early since the tires arrived early. Not only did I waste gas and time by driving 30 minutes out of my way, but I also couldn’t even get my tires installed, which I had paid for through the Amazon app. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I also detest unprofessional staff. I simply told the person to give me my tires and left.
