  AVOID! Took our vehicle in for a simple alignment. When picking it up they told us its still pulling to the right because we need struts. Paid for the alignment and left. Took it to another mechanic 3 days later because it was pulling to the right worse than before we came to Brakes Plus. They ran an alignment test and said the alignment was out on the left side. No struts needed. Alignment is now corrected and no more pulling. This experience was exactly why many dread mechanics. So many just want to tack on unnecessary repairs. Highly disappointed.

  Great customer service and quick efficient oil change! Very reasonable prices and they also have coupons online. The staff, including Austin - who helped us, were very knowledgeable and professional. We will be returning for future vehicle needs and preventative maintenance!

  Stopped in to get an emissions test to renew my auto registration. They did a quick and professional job. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service advisor, Austin was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this business.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about Brake Plus in Highland Village! I was completely stressed and overwhelmed not having a car and worrying about how much it was going to cost just to get back on the road. From the moment I walked in, Katie and John treated me with kindness, understanding, and genuine care. They fixed my car the very same day I brought it in, which already meant the world to me. But what truly stood out was how they worked with me financially so I could actually afford the repairs. That kind of compassion is rare. On top of that, they stayed a few hours past closing just to keep their promise and make sure I was taken care of. That level of dedication speaks volumes about who they are. If you’re looking for trustworthy people who care more about helping others than just making money, this is the place to go. Ask for Katie and John you’ll be in great hands.
