  What a great way to start the year! John at Brakes Plus was so professional and the entire service experience was amazing. As a previous business owner, I know the value of great customer service. I called and John answered the phone, he answered my questions so we brought our truck into their shop. As soon as my husband walked in the door, John greeted him by name never having met us (because I described the truck over the phone) and said, “what can we do to help”? They diagnosed and repaired it quickly honoring their price! We will be going back to brakes plus for needed service! I told John he was the Director of First impressions for their business, way to go! Thank you, John!

  Cameron was amazing as well as the rest of the team. I came in for a crisis because my wheel was making a popping and squealing sound. They checked my car out for free and even let me come see what was going on with it. They quickly identified the issue and ordered the parts for me. Not only were the issues quickly identified, but they were also very thoughtful when it came to asking me for what they needed from me! I’d recommend Brakes Plus again, and I’d definitely recommend Cameron to help you out! Thank you all so much, without your help I’d be driving on 3 tires lol!

  I came in today to get an oil change and my brakes checked. My breaks had been making this awful grinding/pulsing noise anytime i drove on wet roads or braked hard. After they got the tires off and inspected my brake pads, John took me out to the shop to show me that the brake pads were perfectly fine. Somehow after 7 years of having this car, the brakes were in pristine condition. John and the other mechanics at the shop concluded that the grinding/pulsating noise was likely a built in safety mechanism that prevented the car from fishtailing. While we were looking at my car, John did point out that my struts (or whatever they’re called) were leaking hydraulic fluid. He explained that it’s not urgent, but that they should be replaced to prevent it from becoming a larger issue in the future. He gave me an estimate and let me walk out with a few coupons. I appreciate the honesty. I don’t know much about cars besides the basics, and a greedier mechanic would have certainly taken advantage of my concerns. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

  I had an amazing experience at Brakes Plus, and I can’t say enough good things about John. I called initially just looking for a quote, and he told me to come right in so he could give me a physical quote instead. From the start, he was incredibly patient and let me explain everything going on with my car—including taking the time to read through texts my dad sent me explaining the issues (because I know nothing about cars 😅). John was accommodating, kind, generous, and genuinely helpful. He provided two separate quotes so I could choose what worked best for both my car and my budget, and even explained the financing options available if needed. I was fully expecting my AC repair to take a few days, but John told me that if I dropped the car off that night, he’d order the parts and have it done the very next day. Sure enough, on New Year’s Eve, my car was completely fixed—and honestly looked better than when I dropped it off. Huge shout-out to John for also sharing how much he enjoys working for this company because they’re honest and truly do right by their customers, and that absolutely shows. If you need car work done, go here—and ask for John. He will take incredible care of you and your car. Also, shout-out to the entire team at Brakes Plus. Keep up the great work! 👏🚗✨

  I had a great experience getting my state inspection done from John here. He and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find an auto care place that’s honest and respectful of your time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a state inspection.
