  First of all, their website says NOTHING about having one price for cash buyers and another price for people using financing or other methods. But once I drive an hour to their location and find out that's the way they do business, I feel I have a right to be insulted and offended. Accepting payment via check or credit card same as cash is a standard method of conducting business in America. They wanted to charge me another $100 if I chose not to pay cash and an additional 3% on top of that for using a credit card. By my calculations, on the purchase I was attempting that would have been yet another $100+. A percentage over an above the purchase price is UNAMERICAN. It's price gouging. Banking FEES are a normal cost of doing business and as such are TAX DEDUCTABLE. By charging the customer an extra fee, the company is actually collecting that money twice. That should be TAX FRAUD in my book. But be that as it may, my real beef with Flat Rock is the deception of a low ball price on their website and a different price when I arrive at their location. That is FRAUD. As far as I'm concerned it's no different than giving me one price because I'm Male and the next person gets a cheaper price because they're female and yet another get an even cheaper price because they have the right last name. To be fair in business, the price should be the same for all customers, no matter how the amount is paid. And it should be the price stated in ANY advertising, Online, On Air, In Print...

  I have rented trailers with Flat Rock multiple times. Prices are great and people working there are great. Highly recommend them if you are needing to rent a trailer.

  Great price no fuss and the team over at Flat Rock Trailers made the process seem less. Handled the deal over the phone and was in and out of the dealer in 20 minutes with my new trailer.

  3rd trailer renter in a row which has been difficult and painful. Terrible customer service. This time, we didn't even rent it. I decided we'd spend our money somewhere else. Their goal seems to be charging an extra half day no matter what the scenario. I used to love working with them and had actually recommended them; now, I'd rather drive across town. To the owner, if you'd like to have a conversation to hear my side of the story of the rentals, feel free to reach out after the 25th.
