  Today was bad! I always do my business with this store! Spend quite a bit of money there. Actually just bought a new battery for my ride at the first of the month, quick $200+ easily. I was just in there Friday to get bulbs for my Uncle's truck. Today, WOW! I went to take my mom's battery to get tested. We walked in and straight to the end of the counter as I always do. There was at least 5 bodies that I counted. 3 were busy learning in front, so I figured I'd leave them to finish up and then someone would help. They dispersed and we were still standing there. Another employee was in back. An announcement came over the loud speaker saying they had a delivery waiting outside. One person went to lunch, another two walked right by us. One came in from outside before walking by. An employee behind the wall while another was on their personal phone and talking to them. They turned and asked the employee if he needed help, and he said no, so they returned to their phone. We're still being patient, not rude, and waiting to be acknowledged. 10 minutes later another customer walked in the door looking around for some help. I didn't say anything to the customer, or employees. He wondered a bit until an employee walked right by us and straight to the other customer. They asked the customer if they needed help and how could they help. All the while we're standing at the end of the counter waiting to be helped. I guess next time, if I decide to go back, I'll just interrupt them all and ask for help. We were just trying to be friendly and understanding. They looked busy when we first walked in. I told my son to grab the battery and we walked out! I guess we'll just have to take our business to O'Reilly's from now on. One bad experience can make a world of difference especially if you do a lot of business with the place. I still have a mustang, monte Carlo, F150, and a KIA we're working on. I guess that business will go to O'Reilly's now. I'm just one customer, so I know my business doesn't really effect them much, but it is what it is. Have a blessed one folks and good luck!

  They hang up on you if you ask for someone that speaks spanish.

  Went in looking for an oil filter and they couldnt find the right one, ended up making 3 trips here trying to get the correct one
